In this Writ Petition, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 6th April, 2018 passed by Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai in Appeal No. 9 of 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it is M.R.T. Appeal under sections 10A of the Maharashtra Restoration of Lands to the Scheduled Tribes Act, 1974 and under section 36A of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. He submitted that the said Appeal be expedited.
