Perused the judgment of the Tribunal. This Court, by an order dated 2.7.2013, stayed the effect and operation of the judgment of the Tribunal, subject to the condition of Applicant depositing the entire decretal amount with the Tribunal within a period of six weeks. It appears that the time to deposit the amount was extended and it is stated on behalf of the Applicant that the amount has been deposited in the Tribunal. By accepting the statement made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, we stay the judgment of the tribunal during the pendency of the First Appeal. 1/2
