This is an application for releasing the applicants on bail. By an order dated 10th March 2016 the Revision Application preferred by the applicants was dismissed for nonprosecution. By the same order the Trial Court was directed to take appropriate steps to implement the impugned judgment and order dated 31st January 1996 passed by it. In pursuance of the aforesaid order dated 10th March 2016 the applicants have been arrested on 30th April 2016 and since then they are N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that though he filed his Vakalatnama in the said Revision, he could not remain present on the particular date and on earlier occasions. He further submitted that hereinafter either he himself or his colleague Advocate would regularly attend the revision filed by the applicants. The said statement is accepted. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail hence the following order.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are release on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two separate local sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
