Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on the question of admission.

It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that First Appeal no. 1408 of 2005 which was pending before this Court was against the order passed by the District Judge, Pandharpur and office note dated 27/02/2012 by which petitioner's Appeal has been transferred is to the District Judge itself for

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard, he has approached the Registrar Judicial - 1, High Court, Mumbai, making a grievance in the form of representation. Having regard to the fact that the said representation Exhibit 'G dated 21/03/2018 is pending before the Registrar Judicial - 1, we direct the Registrar Judicial - 1 to take appropriate decision on the petitioners representation, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible but in any case, not later than 2 weeks from today.
