This application is at the instance of the wife and minor son Rudra through his natural guardian - mother - applicant No.1 to transfer the matrimonial proceedings from the Family Court at Bandra to the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli.

The respondent - husband is present in the Court. He has placed on record the xerox copy of the identity card issued by 1/2

4..doc the Election Commission of India. He states that he has no objection if the matrimonial proceedings are transferred as prayed for and the application is allowed.
