The Applicants apprehends their arrest in C.R. No.132 of 2022 registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 506 r/w 34 of the IPC.

By detailed order dated 03/05/2023 this Court had granted interim protection to the Applicants. The Applicants herein were directed to report to the Investigating Officer. Learned APP states that the Applicants have complied with the directions and that they have 1/2
