This application sent through Jail requests for release of the applicant on cash bail to enable him to make arrangements for the sureties. Ms. Malhotra, the learned APP states that the proceedings against the applicant have already been decided on 7th October, 2016 and the applicant has been convicted of the offence punishable under Section 354 Indian Penal Code. Therefore, nothing survives in the application. The same is accordingly disposed off.
