1] The applicant is the accused No.5 in the present crime. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the four co-accused namely Girish A. Kapasi, Tanaji M. Shedge, Vikas M. Ane and Subbarao G. Krishnamurti @ Gudlavelleti have been released on bail by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 37th Court, Esplanade, Mumbi by its Order dated 1st April 2016. She submitted that, the present applicant has played same and/or similar role as has been attributed to Tanaji Shedge and Subbarao G. Krishnamurti @ Gudlavelleti who have been released on bail by the said Court and therefore the applicant herein may also be released on bail on the ground of parity.

ba.1157-2018.doc 2] Heard the lerned counsel for the applicant and the leaned APP. Perused the chargesheet.
3] Perusal of the chargesheet would indicate that, there is substance in the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. That the principal accused Vikas Ane who had prepared the bogus Federal Reserve Bond of United States of America has been released on bail by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 37th Court, Esplanade, Mumbi by its Order dated 1st April 2016, 4] In view thereof, the present applicant can be released on bail on the ground of parity.
Hence the following Order:- (i) Applicant be released on bail on executing PB and SB of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with one or two solvent surities in the like amount.
(ii) Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or witnesses.
(iii) Applicant shall submit his residence proof.
