After hearing both the sides, both the counsel tendered Consent Terms dated 11.9.2019 duly signed by both the Advocates. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identi:cation. Same reads thus:

The Applicant has :led Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 133 of 2019 seeking Transfer of Hindu Mohite 1/2

7 mca133-19.doc Marriage Petition No. 714 of 2018 :led by the Respondent Husband in the Court of Learned Civil Judge Senior Division Sangli to the Family Court at Solapur.

The parties have by consent agreed for the transfer of above Marriage Petition on the following terms :

Hindu Marriage Petition No. 714 of 2018 :led by the Respondent Husband in the Court of Learned Civil Judge Senior Division Sangli for divorce under Section 13(1) (ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is transferred to the Family Court at Solapur for hearing and :nal disposal as per law.

The Learned Family Court at Solapur to decide the above Hindu Marriage Petition No. 714 of 2018 upon transfer within a period of 1 year after hearing both the parties.

Parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.

MCA No. 133 of 2019 is disposed of in terms of above consent terms with no order as to cost." Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms.
