The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will apply for appropriate interim relief in the pending Original Application seeking interim direction against the respondents for giving inspection of the documents relied upon in the inquiry. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. If interim application as stated by the petitioner is made, the same shall be decided in accordance with law. All contentions of parties are kept open.
