This application is filed through jail by the accused in Sessions Case No.599 of 2014 requesting for expeditious hearing of the proceedings against him. Mr. Gangurde, the learned A.P.P. on instructions makes a statement that the trial in the sessions case has already started. One witness has been examined and the main witness i.e. the first informant is going to be examined tomorrow. In view of the statement the application is disposed off as no further direction need be given on the application.
