2) Though respondent nos. 1 & 2 are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter called out. 3) This application preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 176 days delay in till filing the first appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 10/07/2013 passed by M.A.C. Tribunal, Sangli in M.A.C. Petition no. 118 of 2010. 4) Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. ism 1/2
