Mr. Khaire seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to challenge the Order dated 21.02.2014 passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune in M.A.C.P.No.335 of 2007 by filing appropriate proceedings.
