The Applicant had earlier approached this Court by way of Anticipatory Bail Application No.535 of 2024. In that case, the following order was passed on 05/03/2024 : "1.

After that, within a short time, the present application is filed without there being any change in circumstance. There is sanctity attached to the submissions made before the Court and the prayers made before the Court. On the previous occasion, after the arguments, the application was allowed to be withdrawn on the prayer made by the Applicant's counsel. 3.

In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this application. The application is accordingly dismissed. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
