Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/original plaintiffs inform that the amount of Rs.1,75,000/- will be paid by drawing Demand Draft in favour of the applicant no. 3 within a period of 15 days from today. 2.

He submits that the said amount is offered as per the agreement reached inter se between the applicants and respondents.

Since the aforesaid submission is made by Mr. Patil on instructions from the respondents which is accepted as an undertaking, Mr. Tajane counsel appearing for the applicants on instructions from the applicant no. 3 seeks to withdraw the civil akn 1/2

The application stands disposed of in above terms. 5.

Mr. Tajane assures that upon receipt of the amount of Rs.1,75,000/-, within one week thereafter the possession shall be handed over to the respondents.
