DATED : 6th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP has produced on record the statements of the complainant and the applicant recorded by the investigating officer.

The complainant, whose statement was recorded on is to the effect that she has been accepted in the family along with her son. The parties have already approached this court by filing a petition for quashing of the FIR. Since an amicable settlement is worked out in between the complainant and the applicant, he deserve his release on bail.

Hence the following order.

ORDER

(a) In the event of arrest, the Applicant ShivKumar Suraj Mishra shall be released on bail in C.R. No. I-155 of 2022 registered with Central Police Station Ulhasnagar, on executing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each and furnishing one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case and shall not tamper with prosecution evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the police station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. In the aforesaid terms the Application is disposed off. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Ashish Mhaske
