The above Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the Show cause notice dated 07.06.2021 issued to the Petitioner under Section 23(1) of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012 (annexed hereto as Exhibit B); (b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition the proceedings initiated pursuant to the Show Cause Notice dated 07.06.2021 issued under Section 23(1) of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012 (annexed hereto as Exhibit B) be stayed;

(c) In the alternative if any adverse orders are passed by the Respondents against the Petitioner under section 23(1) of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012 the same may be stayed for the period of 4 weeks from the date of service of the said adverse order on the Petitioner."

We are informed that hearing in response to the Show Cause Notice is concluded and the matter is reserved for orders. In view thereof, no orders are passed in the Writ Petition save and except that if the order passed by Respondent No. 2 is adverse to the Petitioner, the same shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the same on the Petitioner and / or his Advocate. 3.
