Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

Mr. Sampat, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that this Court by order dated 12th July, 2021 directed the applicant to deposit the entire decreetal amount within 4 weeks. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and the earlier order dated 12th July, 2021, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) The applicant is permitted to comply with the order dated 12th July, 2021 on or before 26th August, 2021, failing which interim protection granted to applicant the shall stands vacated without further reference to the Court. (ii) Interim application stands disposed of accordingly. (iii) No order as to costs.
