Perusal of proceeding reveals that Respondent No.1 was the Appellant before the District Judge, Kolhapur. The address mentioned in the said proceeding and in the present proceeding is the same.

In view of this Civil Application needs to be allowed. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of Prayer 'Clause A'.
