In view of disposal of the appeal, interim application does not survive and stands disposed.

Since the suit is instituted under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, the request for expedite hearing of the suit is reasonable. The learned Judge, City Civil Court, is requested to make an endeavour to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of one year from the date of the settlement of issues.
