This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of respondent, Meilia Rebello, since deceased. Respondent died on 5th February, 2018 leaving behind respondents No.1(a) and 1(b). 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main C.R.A shall be carried out within 14 days from today. After amendment is carried out in the main Civil Revision Application, issue notice to respondents No.1(a) and 1(b), legal representatives of respondent returnable on 6th July, 2017.
