Heard. The petitioner challenges the sanction order. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charge-sheet is already filed. The learned counsel placed reliance on the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Central Bureau of Investigation vs. Ashok Kumar Aggarwal [(2014) 14 SCC 295] We have perused the record and considered the submissions. In the facts of the case, we are not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction. The petitioner has not made out a case for interference at this stage. The petitioner may resort to alternate remedy as permissible in law.

The petition is disposed of accordingly, keeping all contentions open.
