This Writ Petition takes exception to the order dated 3rd March 2018 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Pune Division, Pune.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner challenged the order dated 6th January 2018 passed by the learned Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society, Pune City (4) before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Pune Division, Pune in Revision Application No. 26 of 2018.

In the said Revision the Petitioner prayed for stay to the implementation of the order passed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society, Pune, however, the prayer of the Petitioner was rejected by the Revisional Authority. Admittedly, during the pendency of this Petition, the Administrator has been appointed to look after the affairs of the Deepak Vividh Karyakari Seva Co-operative Society, at post Chikhali, Taluka Haveli, Pune. In that view of the matter, it may not be desirable to adjudicate issue raised in this Petition.

In the circumstances, to meet the ends of justice, it will be appropriate to direct the Revisional Authority to decide the Revision Application No. 26 of 2018 filed by the Petitioner within a stipulated period. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(A) Respondent No.1 - Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Pune to dispose of the Revision Application No. 26 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six weeks from today.

3/3 Yadav 905.wp.3134.19 (B) The parties to the Revision shall extent to co-operation for early disposal of the said Revision.

(C) All the points raised in the present Petition are kept open to agitate on merits before the Revisional Authority.
