Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Kamble, PSI, Sion Police Station submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, i.e., C.R.No.141 of 2022, the police have submitted ' ASummary Report' in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 51st Court, Kurla, Mumbai and the said Court has accepted the said Summary Report by its Order dated 1st October 2022. He on instructions further submitted that, no material of whatsoever nature was found against the Petitioners during the course of investigation and therefore no chargesheet is submitted against them. 1/ 2
