DATED : 19th SEPTEMBER 2022 P.C:- The applicant is charged for the offence punishable under Sections 380, 381, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC and he came to be arrested on 17/12/2021.

On perusal of the charge-sheet, it is alleged that for the period commencing from 27/10/2020 to 14/12/2021, the complainant allege that from the account of his mother Smt. Indira Arjun Patil, 7 (seven) cheques from RBL Bank were stolen and by forging her signatures, an amount of Rs.27 lakhs was misappropriated. The charge is crystallized in the charge-sheet. The learned APP has invited my attention to the charge-sheet, which clearly reflect that during the course of

2/3 61 BA 1659-22.doc investigation, an amount of Rs.2 lakhs in HDFC Bank belonged to the applicant, and an amount of Rs.22,75,000/- in the SBI Account of the applicant has been frezed. Apart from this, one Mallappa Basanna has also deposited a sum of Rs.2,25,000/-. Since the amount involved in the subject C.R is already secured, the further incarceration of the applicant is not necessary. He, therefore, deserve his release on bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(a) The Applicant - Manish Revan Siddhappa Pujari in connection with C.R.No.284/2021 registered with VishnuNagar, Kalyan Police Station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

The applicant shall be released on cash bail of Rs.25,000/- in lieu of sureties for a period of six weeks. During the said period, the applicant shall arrange for the sureties.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer. The Applicant should not tamper with evidence.

3/3 61 BA 1659-22.doc (c) The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station on first Monday of every trimester between 3.00 pm to 5.00 p.m till framing of charge.

(e) On being released on bail, the applicant shall furnish his contact number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep him updated, if there is any change.
