Learned counsel appointed for the applicant has rightly pointed out that applicant has been convicted by MCOC Court in MCOC Special Case No. 12 of 2010 and he is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and fine of Rs. 5,00,000/-. In fact letter written by the applicant through jail ought to have been treated as appeal and not application seeking bail. 2) Learned counsel appointed for the applicant has also placed on record the copy of Judgment in MCOC Special Case No. 12 of 2010. Learned counsel has taken efforts to espouse the cause of the applicant. Hence, Registry is directed to treat the application as appeal challenging the Judgment and order dated 03/02/2015 in MCOC Special Case No. 12 of 2010. ism
