This Judgment and Order was pronounced on 24/03/2015. The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 had taken out a praecipe seeking stay of the implementation of the Judgment and Order for a period of 8 weeks, as the said Respondents desire to take recourse against the Judgment and Order before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Mr. Bhavake, the learned Counsel for Petitioner, has opposed the prayer for stay.

However, considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the implementation of the Judgment and Order is stayed for a period of 8 weeks from today. Praecipe dated 25/03/2015 is accordingly disposed of.
