Learned counsel for the Appellant states that the compensation amount has already been withdrawn by the Respondents-Claimants by furnishing an indemnity bond.

Accordingly, the Appeal is admitted.

The Application for stay does not survive and the same is disposed of.

The Appellant to file a private paper book within three months from today, failing which the Appeal to stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court. This order is made because though the First Appeal is numbered in the year 2017, the same in fact relates to the year 2007 and on account of failure on the part of the Appellant to take proper steps, the matter was unduly delayed and the Application for condonation of delay could not be taken up.
