These matters were heard at length and after conclusion of the arguments, order was reserved. Mr. Bapat states that on behalf of the petitioner Mr.Satish Gazinkar is present in the

Mr. Bapat has tendered photo-copies of his Aadhaar card and the identity card issued by the petitioner company, which are taken on record and marked 'A' collectively for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, Mr. Bapat seeks permission to withdraw W.P. No.6957/2016. On the motion made by Mr.Bapat, W.P. No.6957/2016 is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly.

As far as W.P. No.9349/2016 is concerned, Mr. Vaidya states that the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the Petition. He states that as the petitioner is not present in Court today, he will file written instructions instructing him to withdraw the petition along with a photo-copy of petitioner's identity. On the motion made by Mr. Vaidya, W.P.

No.9349/2016 is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly.
