This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased-Petitioner. DeceasedPetitioner passed away on 24th March 2020 and the Interim Application is filed on 21st October 2020.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court has 1/2

95-ia-2294-2022.doc Sonali suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022. Therefore, there is no delay in filing this application.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
