2] The petitioner's grievance is that though he had submitted representation (Exhibit-B) before the various authorities including respondent Nos.3 and 4, but respondent Nos.3 who is competent to decide the same has not taken decision in regard to the prayer made in representation (Exhibit-B) and various other representations submitted before the said authority from time to time. 3] Learned AGP appearing for respondent No.3 submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate Dinesh Sherla 1/2

2 907-wpst-13752-17.sxw decision will be taken in accordance with law. 4] In view of aforesaid submission as agreed by learned counsel appearing for the parties, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's grievance and decide the same, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 to 7. 5] The parties submit that they will appear before respondent No.3 on 3rd August 2017 at 3.00 p.m. Respondent No.3 shall thereafter fix the date of hearing and shall take appropriate decision by giving due opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the respondents, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of appearance of the parties before it in accordance with law.
