The petitioner is aggrieved by notices issues by the Highway authorities. The Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the portion marked under the impugned notices by the Highway authorities has been demolished. The apprehension of the petitioner seems to be that in case of further demolition, the Highway authorities may not issue them any further notice. The petitioners may get this verified from the concerned authorities.
