Mr. Momin, learned counsel seeks permission to convert civil application No. 1801 of 2015 into review petition. Mr. Karandikar, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. In view of the concession, the said civil application for modification of order dated 9th September, 2014 passed in writ petition Nos. 2138 and 2138 of 2014 is converted into review petition. The Registry is directed to number the said civil application as review petition. Mr. Momin is directed to amend the prayer accordingly. Necessary amendment be carried out within two days from today.

By consent of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent, the order dated 9th September, 2014 passed in writ petition Nos. 2138 and 2139 of 2014 is recalled and substituted as follows : "Mr. Momin, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw tenancy appeal No.21 of 2000 and tenancy appeal No.2 of 2001 filed before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Karad, with liberty to apply for restoration/setting-aside abatement of tenancy appeal No.2 of 1990. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. In view of withdrawal of tenancy appeal Nos. 21 of 2000 and 2 of 2001, the impugned orders passed by the MRT as well as SDO in the above petitions will not survive for consideration. The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn."
