The learned counsel for the Respondent states on the basis of instructions received that without accepting any allegations or adverse averments in the transfer Application, the Respondent - husband is consenting to the transfer and that the Application can be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

By consent, the Application for transfer is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to Transfer of Petition A No. 400 of 2022 filed by the Respondent Husband in the Court of Learned Family Court Pune to the Learned Family Court at Nashik."
