In terms of the Government Resolution dated 1st March 2014, five schools run by Respondent No.7-Sudhagad Education Society, are provided grant-in-aid. Undisputedly, the Petitioners are working in these five schools and their services are also approved by the Education Department. The only objection by the Education Department is that roaster in respect patilsr 1 / 2

of all the schools, i.e., fourty schools, run by the said society has not been submitted and, therefore, though the grants are released, the salaries are not being paid to the teachers. 3.

We put a specific question to the learned counsel appearing for the Education OfÏcer to show us any requirement in law to carry out reservations in all the schools run by the society. On the contrary, what we find from clause (2) of the Government Resolution dated 1st March 2015 is that the reservation has to be school-wise. The learned counsel for Respondent No.7-management is prepared to submit to the competent authority, proposal for approval of upto date roaster in respect of these five schools within the period of four weeks from today. Upon submission of such roaster, within the period of eight weeks, salaries of the teachers shall be released in accordance with law. The petition stands disposed of. [PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.] [R.
