On 15th May, 2013 an ad-interim order came to be passed in this writ petition. Possibly, after that the petitioners have also lost interest. They have also derived benefit of this ad-interim order and appeared for examination which was scheduled in the year 2013. After that, the petition has been listed on numerous occasions and in all 22 in number.
