P.C.:- This is an Application for relaxation of condition No.2 imposed upon the Applicant while granting him pre-arrest bail by this Court by Order dated 19th October, 2018. The said condition reads as under:- "2 The applicant shall attend the investigation officer of the concerned Police Station once in a week on Friday between 10.00 a.m. to 12 noon till filing of chargesheet."

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, since the date of passing of the said Order, the Applicant has regularly 1/2

ssm 2 30-appp686.19.doc attended the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station on the stipulated dates, however, till today the police have not submitted charge-sheet.

It is surprising to note that, though the offence is for the year 2014, till the end of April 2019, the Investigating Officer has not completed investigation and filed charge sheet. In view thereof, the said condition is hereby modified and the Applicant is hereby directed to attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon until further Orders. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
