Mr. Bhanushali, submitted that, due to certain circumstances which are beyond the control of the Applicant and more specifically mentioned in the Application, the Applicant could not comply with the 1/2

ssm 2 7-ia1572.22.doc condition of furnishing sureties till date. He submitted that, the said period of furnishing sureties as prescribed in Paragraph No.7(iii) of Order dated 2nd March, 2022 passed in Interim Application No.3406 of 2021 be extended for the period of six weeks from today.

Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause for granting extension of time to furnish sureties is made out. In view thereof, period to furnish sureties is hereby extended by six weeks from today.
