ORDER

(i) Interim relief granted on 20th June 2023 is confirmed. (ii) Appellant to comply with the directions to furnish P.B. and S.B. in the sum of Rs.20,000/-.

(iv) Appellant is directed not to threaten the prosecution witnesses and allure them in any manner.

(v) These are my prima facie observations and trial Court need not be influenced by these observations. (vi) Appeal is allowed.
