The last sentence of paragraph-2 of the order dated 27 October 2020, beginning with the words "the Council has even withdrawn", and ending with the words "MRTP Act", shall stand deleted and paragraph shall end with the words "........Will of Respondent No.4)." So also in paragraph-4, after the first sentence, the following sentence shall be added :

"Respondent No.1-Municipal Council shall dispose of the

Respondent No.5 is at liberty to produce this order before the Taluka Inspector Land Records (TILR), before whom his application for survey and measurement is pending. Since such survey and measurement would help the corporation to decide the regularization application, the TILR is requested to dispose of the pending application for survey and measurement expeditiously. this Court.
