DATED : 26th MAY, 2022 (Vacation Court) P.C:- The complainant who is present in the Court, admit that he has received the entire amount of Rs.1,62,500/- from the applicant. The said statement is accepted.

In the wake of the aforesaid, the applicant deserve to be released on bail in an offence where he was accused of Section 406, 420 IPC for obtaining the amount of Rs.1,62,500/- from the complainant for providing guidance for the competitive examination. Since now the complainant has received the entire amount, which he had parted with the applicant, he deserve to be released on bail. Hence, the following order :- Tilak

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Kailas Uttam Chavan in connection of C.R.No.146/2022 registered with Sangola police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall make himself available as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
