The Petitioner has filed Original Application No. 93 of 2019 in the Central Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal), Mumbai which is pending.

By this petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 2 April 2019 passed by the Tribunal adjourning the Original Application for final hearing and refusing to grant additional interim relief. The impugned order records that interim relief, which was

Trupti 2 33-wp-5530-2019.doc already granted on 5 February 2019, to be continued till disposal. However, the prayer for additional interim relief was rejected. The order passed by the Tribunal is an order in equity. Interim relief, which was granted, has already been continued. Additional interim relief is not granted. Furthermore, we are informed that the Tribunal has now listed the Original Application for hearing. 4.

Keeping all contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the writ petition.
