This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.5, since deceased, on record after condoning delay of 324 days in filing the application. Respondent no.5 died leaving behind respondents no.5A and

72/2 CAS/1127/2014 5B. Office remark shows that they are duly served. However, none appears on their behalf. No reply is filed.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
