At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant tenders copy of the death certificate of respondent no.1-husband. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the applicant-wife, on instructions submits that as respondent no.1 husband has expired, she is no longer interested to continue with the DV application or the present application and seeks permission to withdraw the same. He further submits that within a period of two weeks from today, the DV application pending before the JMFC, Pune will be withdrawn. Patil-SR 1 of

In view of the above, present criminal application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
