Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing Respondent No.2 to dispose of Petitioner's representation dated 1st March 2016, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. Respondent No.2 may depute any subordinate officer to deal with the said representation. 2.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and Respondent No.2 shall decide the said representation of the Petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law.
