On 17.05.2022 this Court directed the Sessions Court to decide pending criminal bail application in case of Kishore Sheshmal Porwal, one of the co-accused in C.R. no.156 of 2022 registered Chandan Nagar Police Station.

The applicant is one of the accused in the said C.R and is seeking similar direction to decide his bail application, since the ad-interim relief has been refused, since the main application preferred by the applicant is pending before the Sessions Court, Pune.

It is imperative in the learned Judge to decide the said application.
