Heard Mr. Rajendra Deshmukh, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner.

Considering the nature of the grievance raised in the petition, which relates to non-compliance of the agreement between the Petitioner and Respondents, more particularly, Respondent No.2 for supply of human resource in the nature of ambulance drivers and stretcher boys and unilateral act of Respondent No.2, terminating the contract midway, we are of the clear opinion that the Petitioner can certainly avail the other efficacious remedies for redressal of his 1/2

39. WP 2271-21.doc Chittewan grievance and his petition would not permit us to exercise writ jurisdiction considering the nature of the grievance. In view of this fact, we are disposing of the petition, with liberty to the Petitioner to avail appropriate efficacious remedies as available under the law including remedy approaching the competent court of law. Needless to add, all the grievances and contentions of the Petitioner are kept open.
