Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP, in our considered view, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing respondent no.4 Superintendent of Police, Pune Division, Pune to decide petitioner's representation dated 28.4.2015, copy of which is annexed at Page 21-A as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law and in any case, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is expressly made clear that we have not gone in to the merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open.
