By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to carry out appropriate amendment in cause title by showing the present correct address of Respondent No.2 as stated in schedule on page 6 of the Civil Application. 3.

Considering the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, the following order: Laxmi Sontakke 1/2

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which reads thus.

"a.

This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the present Civil Application seeking an amendment in the cause title of the First Appeal as per Schedule annexed to the Civil Application;

b.

This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Applicants to carry out the consequential amendment in the Civil Application No. 3328 of 2015 for delay and Civil Application No. 3329 of 2015 for stay in the aforesaid First Appeal as per Schedule annexed to the Civil Application;"

The Applicant to carry out amendment on or before 19/10/2019, failing which, the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

c.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. d.

No order as to costs.
