1. The Petitioners challenge the First Information Report registered with Khed Police Station vide FIR No. 109 of 2020 for offence under Section 306 r/w 34 of IPC.

2. Learned APP on instructions submitted that on completing the investigation, the Investigating Officer has proposed to file ' A' Summary Report before the concerned Court. However, in view of the interim order passed by this Court, the report could not be filed.

3. The Investigating Officer is permitted to file appropriate report before the concerned Court with regard to '

A' Summary Report.

4. In the aforesaid circumstances, the Petition stands disposed of with V.A.Tikam 1 / 2

12- WP 810 of 2021.odt liberty to seek an appropriate remedy in the event any adverse order is passed against the Petitioners on the report submitted by the police. The complainant is also at liberty to protest against the report in accordance with law.
